Description	Fluorescent HSE reporter lentivirus (Heat-shock response pathway): High-quality, lentiviral heat shock element (HSE) reporter system that provides a sensitive fluorescent readout for heat-shock response (HSR) pathway activity in human or mouse cells. Heat shock transcription factor 1 (HSF-1/HSF1) drives expression of the fluorescent reporter, making the product useful for the sensitive detection of heat shock response pathway activation in transduced cells. The lentiviral particles are purified by PEG precipitation and sucrose gradient centrifugation, and are ideal for studying heat-shock response pathway activity in difficult-to-transfect cells including primary and/or thawed cells.
