Forkhead box protein O4|Fork head domain transcription factor AFX1|AFX|AFX1|MLLT7|FOXO4
FOX4 is a forkhead transcription factor involved in the regulation of the insulin signaling pathway. It binds to insulin-response elements (IREs) and can activate transcription of IGFBP1. FOXO4 down-regulates expression of HIF1A and suppresses hypoxia-induced transcriptional activation of HIF1A-modulated genes. It is also involved in negative regulation of the cell cycle.
Homo Sapiens (Human)
Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 418-465 of Human FoxO4.
Human, Mouse, Rat
Product: 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.Specificity: FoxO4 (K447) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of FoxO4 protein.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
