Description	KCNA3 mediates the voltage-dependent potassium ion permeability of excitable membranes. Description	Product: 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. Specificity: p-Kv1.3 (Y187) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of human Kv1.3 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr187. This antibody also detects endogenous levels of mouse and rat Kv3.1 protein when phosphorylated at the corresponding residues. This antibody also recognizes human HCG1642166 (isoform CRA_b) when phosphorylated at Tyr135.
Purity	The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage	Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
