Description Specificity: NF-κB p100/p52 (phospho-ser865) antibody detects endogenous levels of NF-κB p100/p52 only when phosphorylated at serine 865.

Purity The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using
epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by
chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Storage This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.
