Description	PD-L1 and PD-1 form a well-known immune-inhibiting complex that helps prevent the over-activation of the immune system. Studies have shown upregulation of PD-L1 in tumour cells as a countermeasure to suppress immune attacks. However, the extensive molecular mechanism of such interaction has not been thoroughly investigated. PD-L1 CRISPR Stable Knockout CT26 Cell Line presents a useful tool to study PD-1/PD-L1-blocking therapy.

To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (TM999)* to a final concentration of 10%.Change media every 2-3 days.Carbon dioxide (CO2): 5%, Temperature: 37.0°C.* Do not use heat-inactivated serum for cell culture unless specified otherwise.
