Klenow Fragment(3'?5' exo-) (5 U/uL)

Klenow (3'?5'exo-) DNA polymerase is a proteolytic product of E. coli DNA polymerase I, retaining the DNA polymerase activity of DNA polymerase I but losing the 5'?3' exonuclease activity. This enzyme has further removed the 3'?5' exonuclease activity through mutation. It can be used for DNA labeling with random priming and DNA sequencing by the dideoxy method, among other applications.

The results indicate that the residual activity of Yeasen 's Klenow Fragment (3'?5' exo-) (Cat#14460) after 14 days at 37°C is notably higher than that of the Supplier A.

Note: Using the same amount of Klenow Fragment (3'?5' exo-) (Cat#14460) from Yeasen and Supplier A for NGS library construction, the results show that the library yield with Yeasen 's Klenow Fragment (3'?5' exo-) (Cat#14460) at both 5 U and 10 U input is higher than that of Supplier A.
