Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical interface between customers and the commercial sales team, focusing on cell biology, gene therapy, and virus constructions related products and services;
Provide in-depth technical scientific support, troubleshooting, and customer service for our online marketplace;
Develop and deliver high-quality technical presentations and life science product demonstrations to customers and prospective clients;
Respond to customer inquiries, surveys, and service briefs, making recommendations for potential process improvements through our technologies;
Collaborate with internal experts and resources to recommend technical applications and optimize customer solutions;
Continuously evaluate market trends, competitors, and innovations within the life science marketplace, ensuring relevant information is distributed within the organization;
Conduct effective training activities and workshops on the use and capabilities of our products and services;
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques such as PCR, cell culture, and animal mode.
