The kit is used to specifically conjugate quantum dots and antibodies, proteins, peptides or other biomolecules with primary amine, carboxy or thiol groups with low non-specific binding. It contains Amine Quantum Dots and reagents sufficient for performing four (4) conjugation reactions.
