The antigen to be tested and the biotin-labeled antigen were competitively bound to the specific antibody. After washing, the proprietary streptavidin-HRP conjugate was added to the wells. After washing and removing any unbound streptavidin-HRP, adding HRP Substrate (TMB), TMB turns blue under the catalysis of HRP, and turns yellow after adding stop solution.
