It applies to extract up to 20 µg of high purity plasmid DNA from 1–5 mL bacterial culture. It has been used in molecular biology experiments such as sequencing, in vitro transcription and translation, restriction endonuclease digestion and bacterial transformation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCells from 1–5 mL of culture are lysed with 250 µL each of Solutions A, B and C.
