The reaction can be carried out by simply adding primers and templates, which greatly simplifies the experimental procedure. The product contains bromophenol blue dye, and the PCR product can be directly electrophoresed. This product contains excellent stabilizers and can be placed for 3 months at 4°C. The PCR product has a 3'-dA overhang and can be easily cloned into a T vector.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA 50 µL reaction is assembled from 25 µL of master mix, 1 µL of each 10 µM primer, template and ddH2O to 50 µL. Recommended template amounts are 50–200 ng of genomic DNA or 0.1–10 ng of plasmid DNA.
