To ensure a highly sensitive and specific PCR reaction, the reaction can be initiated by simply adding the primer and cDNA template to the ready-to-use PCR master mix. The unique PCR buffer ensures sensitive qPCR on all real-time PCR instruments without optimization.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe SuperMix is supplied with a stand-alone 50× ROX Dye and RNase-Free ddH2O in a 20 µL × 500 rxn pack, and the HotStarTaq DNA Polymerase suppresses non-specific amplification. Input per 20 µL reaction is 10 pg–1 ng of cDNA or 100 pg–1 ng of plasmid or genomic DNA. Reactions use 10 µL of SuperMix in a 20 µL system or 5 µL in a 10 µL system, and the amount of ROX dye depends on the instrument.
