The dual closure feature not only effectively prevents non-specific amplification caused by mispairing or primer dimers but also effectively inhibits the decrease in fluorescence signals caused by probe degradation, providing dual protection to make in vitro diagnostic reagents more stable during transportation or use at room temperature.
