Attribute to the narrow size distribution and unique surface coating of the Maleimide MonoMag beads as well as the specifically formulated conjugation buffers, the resulting conjugates exhibit high binding capacity and low non-specific binding. Kit contains sufficient reagents \u0026amp; components for performing at least 5 conjugation reactions. Briefly, the maleimide beads are mixed in thiol-containing molecules such as protein, nuleic acid or small molecules in coupling buffer for 2 hours, then quenching buffer will be added to the solution for 30 min to stop the reaction. After magnetic separation to remove unreacted the molecules, the conjugated beads are stored in storage buffer.
