Every Document,
One Search Away

CoA, SDS, and IFU — unified, searchable by catalog number or lot number, and linked directly from every product page. No more hunting, no more waiting.
Every Document, One Search Away
From Biohippo Resources

A Certificate of Analysis is not optional. It is the foundation of reproducible research, the baseline record for your methods section, and often the first thing a reviewer or auditor asks for. Yet for years, researchers have had to request documents by email, wait hours or days, or accept that they simply could not find the CoA for the lot they received.

The new eBioHippo Document Center fixes this. Every quality and safety document we hold for our catalog is now in one searchable place — no account required, no request form needed.

Three Document Types, One Place

We support the three document types that matter most in a research procurement workflow:

CoA
Certificate of Analysis
Lot-specific purity, activity, and QC release data. Critical for methods documentation and audit trails.
SDS
Safety Data Sheet
Regulatory-compliant safety data for all reagents. Required for institutional procurement and hazardous material handling.
IFU
Instructions for Use
Validated assay protocols, storage and reconstitution conditions, and product-specific procedural guidance.

The Document Center accepts free-text search across product name, catalog number (SKU), and lot number. If you ordered lot L240817A of a recombinant protein six months ago and need the CoA for a resubmission, type the lot number and retrieve it directly. No email. No wait.

Linked Directly from Every Product Page

You never have to navigate to the Document Center separately if you're already on a product page. Every eBioHippo product listing links directly to its document entries — CoA, SDS, and IFU visible inline, one click to download. For researchers building a purchasing decision around documentation availability, this eliminates a round trip that previously took a day or more.

Why This Matters

Lot-specific CoA data — purity percentage, specific activity, endotoxin level — directly affects experimental reproducibility. A CoA from a different lot does not confirm your lot. The Document Center is built around lot-level retrieval, not just product-level.

How to Use the Document Center

1
Navigate to the Document Center
Find it under Resources in the top navigation, or follow the document link on any product page.
2
Enter your search term
Use a product name, catalog number e.g. ELK-EK0410, or lot number e.g. L240817A. All three work.
3
Filter by document type if needed
Use the CoA / SDS / IFU filter tabs to narrow results if a product has multiple document versions.
4
Download directly
PDF download — no account, no request form, no waiting for an email reply.

If a document you need is not yet in the system, contact our team at support@ebiohippo.com — we will source it from the supplier and add it to the library within one business day.
