Custom Multi-Plex Panel Design
Individual Super-X Plex™ assays within the same species group can be combined into custom multiplex configurations without additional cross-reactivity validation. Select any combination of analytes from the available group catalog — from 2-plex to 24-plex — and receive a single pre-mixed standard and matched bead set. Custom panels are available for Human, Mouse, Rat, Canine, and Non-Human Primate matrices.
Custom Kit Services
Beyond panel configuration, BioHippo and Antigenix America offer extended custom kit services to support specialized study designs:
- Analyte selection: Access to the full Super-X Plex™ catalog, including analytes not listed online. If your target is not shown, contact us — additional cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, and soluble receptors may be available.
- Species expansion: Custom assay development for species beyond the standard catalog (Equine, Feline, Porcine, Bovine, and others) may be available upon inquiry.
- Sample matrix compatibility: Assays are validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysate. Custom matrix validation or adjusted diluent formulations can be explored for non-standard sample types.
- Kit size and format: Standard kits are supplied as 96-test formats. Smaller pilot formats (32-test) are available for select panels. Bulk quantities and custom packaging for high-throughput or multi-site studies can be quoted on request.
- Pre-mixed standard panels: Custom pre-mixed lyophilized standards can be formulated to match your exact panel composition, simplifying standard curve preparation across multiple assay runs.
- White-label and OEM supply: For core facilities, CROs, or institutional programs requiring custom-labeled or privately packaged kits, OEM supply arrangements can be discussed.
