What sample types are compatible?
This Mouse Super-X Plex™ 6-plex assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysate samples. A species-matched Sample Diluent Kit (DKM100 (Mouse/Rat Serum/Plasma)) must be ordered separately.
What instrument is required?
A flow cytometer capable of detecting PE fluorescence is required. The assay is compatible with Luminex-based platforms and standard flow cytometers with bead-based multiplex detection capability.
What analytes are included in this panel?
TNFa, IFNg, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10.
How much sample is needed per test?
15 µL per test. 96 tests kit provides sufficient reagents for a full standard curve plus samples.
