DENARASE® is a Serratia marcescens-derived endonuclease from c-LEcta, engineered for efficient nucleic acid clearance across GMP biomanufacturing workflows — including viral vector production, vaccine manufacturing, and downstream bioprocessing. The portfolio covers the full salt spectrum: the wild-type DENARASE® delivers peak performance at physiological salt conditions (0–150 mM, pH 7.4–9), while DENARASE® High Salt extends activity to 0–500 mM salt — enabling higher viral vector yields in salt-supplemented processes. Both variants are produced free of animal-derived materials, antibiotics, and endotoxin-forming hosts, with R&D and GMP grades offering equivalent technical performance for seamless process scale-up.
