This collection groups quantitative ELISA kits for measuring incretin-based metabolic drugs — GLP-1, GIP/GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonists — in research serum and plasma samples. The kits are built for pharmacokinetic (PK) and bioanalytical workflows: generating traceable drug-concentration data across dose, time and model system. All kits are colorimetric, quantitative sandwich ELISAs read on a standard microplate reader.
All kits below share a colorimetric quantitative ELISA format and a serum/plasma matrix, so selection is driven mainly by which drug you are quantifying and by matching your expected concentrations to the working range. Confirm dilution linearity and spike-recovery in your own matrix before reporting values, and note that structurally related GLP-1 analogs can show assay cross-reactivity — use the analyte-specific kit for the drug under study.
| Analyte (kit) | Mechanism / drug class | Working range | Sensitivity | Sample types | Research reference |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Retatrutide | GIP / GLP-1 / glucagon receptor tri-agonist (LY3437943) | 78.125–5,000 ng/mL | 33.12 ng/mL | Serum, Plasma | — |
| Semaglutide | GLP-1 receptor agonist (NN9535) | 78.125–5,000 ng/mL | See datasheet | Serum, Plasma | Ozempic, Rybelsus |
| Tirzepatide | GIP / GLP-1 receptor dual agonist (LY3298176) | 78.125–5,000 ng/mL | See datasheet | Serum, Plasma | Mounjaro, Zepbound |
| Orforglipron | Oral non-peptide GLP-1 receptor agonist (LY3502970) | 78.125–5,000 ng/mL | 33.12 ng/mL | Serum, Plasma | — |
| Liraglutide | GLP-1 receptor agonist | 78.125–5,000 ng/mL | 33.12 ng/mL | Serum, Plasma | Victoza, Saxenda |
| Dulaglutide | GLP-1 receptor agonist, Fc-fusion (LY2189265) | 78.125–5,000 ng/mL | 33.12 ng/mL | Serum, Plasma | Trulicity |
| Albiglutide | GLP-1 receptor agonist, albumin-fusion | 78.125–5,000 ng/mL | 33.12 ng/mL | Serum, Plasma | Tanzeum, Eperzan |
Specifications are drawn from each kit's product record; always confirm the current lot datasheet for exact sensitivity, standard curve and dilution guidance. 'See datasheet' indicates the value is lot-specific and not listed on the summary record.
Drug exposure and PK profiling in preclinical models; dose–concentration relationship studies; formulation and delivery comparisons; bridging and method-qualification work; and longitudinal monitoring of circulating drug levels in research cohorts. Interpret results relative to a validated standard curve with matrix-matched controls.
