Cardiovascular research reagents

Antibodies, ELISA kits and recombinant proteins for cardiac injury, vascular biology, thrombosis and heart-failure biomarkers, with certificate of analysis, safety data sheet and validation data on every product.

Overview
Cardiovascular research reagents from 26 vetted suppliers, covering cardiac injury and fibrosis, vascular biology, thrombosis and coagulation, and heart-failure biomarkers. The range includes cardiac troponin I and T, BNP and NT-proBNP, endothelial activation markers such as ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and E-selectin, and coagulation factors including fibrinogen, D-dimer and von Willebrand factor. Antibodies, ELISA and CLIA kits, recombinant proteins and cell models are matched to each target, and every product page carries the supplier's certificate of analysis, safety data sheet and validation data so you can compare epitopes, species reactivity and sample requirements before you order. All products are for Research Use Only.

Frequently asked

Cardiovascular Research — common questions

Which cardiac biomarkers are available?
Cardiac troponin I and T, BNP and NT-proBNP, CK-MB, galectin-3 and ST2, supplied as ELISA and CLIA kits for injury, heart-failure and fibrosis research, plus matched antibody pairs and recombinant standards for in-house assay development.
What reagents support vascular biology?
Antibodies and ELISA kits for eNOS, ICAM-1, VCAM-1, E-selectin, VE-cadherin and endothelin-1, alongside recombinant proteins for endothelial culture and functional assays. Check the validated applications on each product page: ELISA measures the shed soluble form, while IHC or flow cytometry detects the membrane-bound form.
Do you offer coagulation and thrombosis markers?
Yes. Fibrinogen, D-dimer, thrombin, von Willebrand factor, PAI-1 and tPA for coagulation and platelet-function studies. For D-dimer, check each kit's datasheet for whether results are reported in fibrinogen equivalent units (FEU) or D-dimer units (DDU) before comparing across kits.
Can these reagents be used in mouse or rat models?
Some can. Species reactivity is stated per product rather than assumed. Natriuretic peptide sequences diverge considerably between species, so human BNP and NT-proBNP kits generally require a rodent-specific alternative. Cardiac troponin I is better conserved but still needs a validated species claim on the datasheet.
