Product Overview
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets tyrosine-protein kinase ABL1 in human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ICC/IF, flow cytometry and ELISA.
ABL1 (c-Abl) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that controls actin remodeling, cell migration, DNA damage responses and apoptosis. Fusion of ABL1 with BCR produces the constitutively active BCR-ABL kinase of chronic myeloid leukemia, which is the target of imatinib and related drugs.
