Validated Applications
- Western Blot
Assay conditions: A plate was coated with Anti-BCMA Single-Chain Variable Fragment, His-Tag Molecule (#100173) at 100 ng/well. The plate was then incubated with BCMA, Fc-fusion (IgG1), Avi-Tag, Biotin-Labeled Recombinant (#79467) at different concentrations (0-300 nM in a 3-fold dilution series). Binding was detected with Strep-HRP.
