Product Overview
Recombinant monoclonal antibody recognizing human CD28. This antibody binds to CD28 on T cells and promotes T cell response. Not tested in other species. This antibody crosslinked with FcGR2B is useful for activation of CD27 costimulatory pathway in T cells.

Validated Applications
- Western Blot
Assay conditions: Serial dilutions of anti-CD3 (BPS Bioscience, #71274) and CD28 antibodies were added to the IL-2 reporter-Jurkat cells, then incubated at 37°C incubator for 16 hrs. After the treatment, perform Luciferase assay using One-Step Luciferase assay system (BPS Bioscience, #60690)

This antibody has been validated for: Western Blot. Optimal dilutions and concentrations should be empirically determined for each specific application and sample type. Refer to the product datasheet for suggested starting conditions.
This antibody should be stored at the indicated temperature to maintain stability. Store at At least 12 months at -80°C.. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can reduce antibody performance and increase aggregation. Centrifuge briefly after thawing and keep on ice during use.
