Boster Bio Anti-GARNL1/RALGAPA1 Antibody Picoband® catalog # A08369-1. Tested in WB, Flow Cytometry, ELISA applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.
Scientific background: This gene encodes a major subunit of the RAL-GTPase activating protein. A similar protein in mouse binds E12, a transcriptional regulator of immunoglobulin genes. The mouse protein also functions in skeletal muscle by binding to the regulatory 14-3-3 proteins upon stimulation with insulin or muscle contraction. A pseudogene of this gene has been identified on chromosome 9.
Cross reactivity: No cross-reactivity with other proteins
