Product Overview
Anti-GPRC5D-Anti-CD3 bispecific antibody is a purified recombinant human bispecific antibody with T cell engager. This bispecific antibody has been tested in a functional assay using NFAT Luciferase Reporter Jurkat Cell Line (BPS Bioscience #60621) in the presence of GPRC5D CHO Recombinant Cell Line (BPS Bioscience #78337) that overexpress GPRC5D (G protein-coupled receptor, class C group 5 member D).

Validated Applications
- T Cell Activation Assay
- Reporter Assay
Assay conditions: This antibody was tested as followed. GPRC5D CHO cells (#78337) were incubated with NFAT Luciferase Reporter Jurkat cells (#60621) in a 96-well plate at a 1:2 ratio. Anti-GPRC5D-Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody and the negative control Anti-Claudin18.2-Anti-CD3 IgG Bispecific Antibody (#101541) were serially diluted and added to the cells. After 20 hours, luciferase activity was measured with ONE-Step™ Assay System (#60690) and luminescence was measured in a plate reader.
Usage note: Thaw on ice and gently mix prior to use. DO NOT VORTEX. Perform a quick spin before opening. Aliquot into small volumes and flash freeze for long term storage. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Immunogen / Antigen Information
Immunogen information not provided. Please refer to the product datasheet for detailed antigen information.
Cross-Reactivity & Specificity
Cross-reactivity data: Species reactivity as listed. No additional cross-reactivity data is available from the manufacturer.
Safety & Handling
Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only (RUO). Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use. Handle with standard laboratory precautions (gloves, safety glasses, lab coat). Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Consult SDS prior to use.
This antibody has been validated for: T Cell Activation Assay, Reporter Assay. Optimal dilutions and concentrations should be empirically determined for each specific application and sample type. Refer to the product datasheet for suggested starting conditions.
This antibody should be stored at the indicated temperature to maintain stability. Store at Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C.. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can reduce antibody performance and increase aggregation. Centrifuge briefly after thawing and keep on ice during use.
Please refer to the BPS Bioscience datasheet for detailed immunogen information.
Cross-reactivity data is limited; refer to the product datasheet for available information.
