Validated Applications

  • Western Blot

Assay conditions: Reaction done according to OX40[biotin]-OX40L assay kit (Catalog # 72045). Buffer is PBS + 0.1% BSA. Blocking buffer is Superblock + 0.05% Tween-20. Coat protein was added ON at 4 degrees. Inhibitor and then biotinylated ligand added for 2 hours at room temperature. Strep-HRP added for 1 hour at room temperature.
