Product Overview
Purified, recombinant, human anti-PD-1 (IgG1) antibody with C-terminal Avitag, expressed in HEK293 cells. Purified antibody was enzymatically biotinylated using Avitag™ technology. This antibody does not cross-react with mouse PD-1, but does cross-react with monkey (M. fascicularis) PD-1. It has not been tested with other species.

This antibody has been validated for: Western Blot, ELISA. This product carries a Biotin label for direct detection. Optimal dilutions and concentrations should be empirically determined for each specific application and sample type. Refer to the product datasheet for suggested starting conditions.
This antibody should be stored at the indicated temperature to maintain stability. Store at Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C.. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can reduce antibody performance and increase aggregation. Centrifuge briefly after thawing and keep on ice during use.
