PD-L1 Neutralizing Antibody FAB fragment, recombinant humanized monoclonal, recognizing the extracellular domain of human PD-L1 and blocking the binding of PD-L1 to PD-1. This antibody FAB has been shown to cross-react with mouse PD-L1. No other species have been tested.

Validated Applications
- Western Blot
Assay conditions: Anti-PD-L1-Biotin (BPS Bioscience #11032) was titrated from 0 to 50 nM with a 2-fold dilution series in presence of 100 nM PD-L1-FLAG (BPS Bioscience #71183) and incubated for 1 hour at RT. Binding was detected with Anti-FLAG-Eu and Streptavidin-APC.
