Protein: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 zeta chain | Gene: Serine/threonine-protein kinase DCLK1 | Target: RBM3 | Function: Probable kinase that may be involved in a calcium- signaling pathway controlling neuronal migration in the developing brain. May also participate in functions of the mature nervous system. | Research areas: Axonal Guidance Proteins,Growth and Development,Neurogenesis,Neurology Process,Neuroscience
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Monoclonal / Clone: 29R08 | Isotype: IgG | Reactivity: Human,Mouse | Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human RBM3 | Concentration: 0.5mg/ml | Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Applications: WB, IHC, IF, ICC, FC
Observed MW: 17 kDa | Calculated MW: 82224 MW
Cellular localization: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
Tissue details: In fetal tissues, highly expressed in brain, detectable in lung and liver, but not in kidney. In adult tissues, expressed ubiquitously in the brain, detectable in the heart, liver, spleen, thymus, prostate, testis, ovary, small intestine and colon. The type A isoforms seem to be expressed predominantly in fetal brain whereas type B isoforms are expressed abundantly in both fetal and adult brain. .
Status: Active
Customization & Add-ons: Can’t find the antibody you need—or require a custom format for your assay? We can help you source the best match or support custom antibody solutions for diverse research needs, including species and isotype selection, conjugations and labeling (e.g., HRP/AP, biotin, fluorophores), purification grade options (Protein A/G, affinity purified), formulation preferences (buffer selection, carrier-free, glycerol-free), custom concentrations and aliquoting, low-endotoxin options for cell-based work, and application-focused QC/validation support (project dependent).
