Protein: T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 zeta chain | Gene: Homeobox protein Hox-B9 | Target: RGS6 | Function: Sequence-specific transcription factor which is part of a developmental regulatory system that provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis. | Research areas: Developmental Families,Domain Families,Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling,Transcription,Transcription Factors
Host: Rabbit | Clonality/Clone: Monoclonal / Clone: 29R02 | Isotype: IgG | Reactivity: Human | Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human RGS6 | Concentration: 0.5mg/ml | Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Applications: WB
Observed MW: 54 kDa | Calculated MW: 28059 MW
Cellular localization: Nucleus.
Tissue details: Expressed in the upper spinous and granular suprabasal layers of normal adult epidermal tissues from most body sites including thigh, breast nipple, foot sole, penile shaft and axilla. Not present in foreskin, squamous metaplasias and carcinomas. Expression in hypertrophic and keloid scars begins in the deepest suprabasal layer. Weakly expressed in normal gingiva and tongue, however expression is induced in benign keratoses of lingual mucosa and in mild-to-moderate oral dysplasia with orthokeratinization. .
Status: Active
