Reactivity Notes

MAbs CP23, CP37, CP75, RA122, RA287, RA519 and RA999 recognize the A-chain of RCA60. MAbs RB127, RB257, RB363, RB691, RB732, RB944 and RB999 recognize the B-chain of RCA60. The antibodies recognize also RCA120. The matched pair RA999 (coating) and RB999 (conjugate) has a detection limit for RCA60 of 100 pg/ml and shows no cross-reactivity for RCA120.

Additional Information

Application Notes: MAbs are working in ELISA. All MAbs (except CP23) are working also in Western blotting.
