Assay conditions: Assays done according to protocols from TIGIT:CD155 homogenous assays (72029). CD155-his was mixed with various concentrations of the anti-TIGIT mAbs (0-100 nM) and TIGIT-biotin for 1h at RT. Then Strep donor (1:125) and Ni acceptor beads (1:250) were added for 1h. Plate read on the alphaLISA machine

This antibody should be stored at the indicated temperature to maintain stability. Store at Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can reduce antibody performance and increase aggregation. Centrifuge briefly after thawing and keep on ice during use.
