Validated Applications
- Immunofluorescence
Assay conditions: Tim3-biotin (BPS Bioscience #7123) was titrated from 0 to 300 nM with a 3-fold dilution series in presence of 0 and 1000 ng/well of immobilized anti-Tim3 (BPS Bioscience #79098) and incubated for 1 hour at RT. Binding was detected with Streptavidin-HRP (BPS Bioscience #79742) and ELISA ECL Substrate (BPS Bioscience #79670).

This antibody has been validated for: Immunofluorescence. Optimal dilutions and concentrations should be empirically determined for each specific application and sample type. Refer to the product datasheet for suggested starting conditions.
This antibody should be stored at the indicated temperature to maintain stability. Store at Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can reduce antibody performance and increase aggregation. Centrifuge briefly after thawing and keep on ice during use.
Please refer to the BPS Bioscience datasheet for detailed immunogen information.
