Overview
CD10 Antibody / Neprilysin is an antibody targeting CD10. Host: Mouse. Monoclonal. Clone: MME/6714. Format: Purified. Applications: IHC-P, WB.
Key elements and design rationale
- Target: CD10.
- Immunogen: A portion of amino acids 54-181 was used as the immunogen for the CD10 antibody..
- Species reactivity: Human.
- Localization: Cell surface, Cytoplasm.
- Conjugate: Unconjugated (no label listed).
Biological background (from provided description)
Recognizes a 100kDa glycoprotein, identified as CD10, also known as Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA). It is a cell surface enzyme with neutral metalloendopeptidase activity, which inactivates a variety of biologically active peptides. CD10 is expressed on the cells of lymphoblastic, Burkitt s, and follicular germinal center lymphomas, and on cells from patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML).
Common research applications
- WB: relative abundance and band pattern assessment using appropriate controls.
- IHC: tissue distribution assessment; interpret with matched controls.
Notes for experimental interpretation
- Account for isoforms, paralogs, and post-translational modifications when interpreting signal.
- Support specificity with biological controls (e.g., KO/KD where available) and technical controls (e.g., secondary-only/isotype).
Customization & Add-ons: Can’t find the antibody you need—or require a custom format for your assay? We can help you source the best match or support custom antibody solutions for diverse research needs, including species and isotype selection, conjugations and labeling (e.g., HRP/AP, biotin, fluorophores), purification grade options (Protein A/G, affinity purified), formulation preferences (buffer selection, carrier-free, glycerol-free), custom concentrations and aliquoting, low-endotoxin options for cell-based work, and application-focused QC/validation support (project dependent).
