DPPE-MPEG(2000) is a polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivative of 1,2-dipalmitoyl-rac-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DPPE), characterized as a PEGylated phospholipid.

Can high-temperature sterilization be used for inhibitors?

Most small molecule inhibitors are not compatible with autoclaving (121 °C), which can cause thermal decomposition or loss of biological activity. For sterile cell-based experiments, filter-sterilize working solutions through a 0.2 µm membrane after dilution into aqueous buffer. Verify thermal stability in the DataSheet before applying any heat treatment.

Is there a need to weigh and prepare stock solutions upon receiving the product?

For small packages(1 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, etc.), it is not recommended to weigh them again which may lead to compound loss and inaccurate measurement. Our products are imported in their original packaging and accurately weighed, so you can directly dissolve the compound in the appropriate solvent upon receipt. For large packages, you can weigh and prepare stock solutions. It is recommended to start with at least 10 mg to reduce error. If conditions permit, you can first prepare a high-concentration stock solution and then aliquot it for use
