Product Overview
p-Ezrin(T567)/Radixin (T564)/Moesin (T558) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of Ezrin, Radixin and Moesin only when phosphorylated at Thr567, Thr564 or Thr558, respectively.
Ezrin, Moesin and Radixin belong to a family of highly homologous Actinassociated proteins that are localized just beneath the plasma membrane. The proteins are believed to be involved in the mediation of interactions between cytoskeletal and membrane proteins. Ezrin serves as a major cytoplasmic substrate of various protein-tyrosine kinases, including the epidermal growth factor receptor. Ezrin has also been identified as a cAMP-dependent protein kinase (A-kinase) anchoring protein and designated AKAP78.

This antibody has been validated for WB. Always refer to the product datasheet for recommended dilution ranges and appropriate positive control samples for each application type.
Validated reactivity has been confirmed for Human. Cross-reactivity with additional species may exist based on sequence homology but has not been confirmed by the manufacturer. For unlisted species, we recommend running a preliminary validation experiment.
This antibody was raised in Rabbit. For indirect detection (WB, IHC, IF), select an anti-Rabbit secondary antibody that matches the isotype. For direct detection, check the variant selector for conjugated formats. Confirm secondary antibody compatibility before ordering.

Please refer to the storage conditions on the product label and datasheet. As a general best practice: upon receipt, aliquot into single-use volumes to minimize freeze-thaw cycling, which can progressively reduce antibody performance and lead to aggregation.
Validated reactivity covers Human samples. Performance can vary across different cell lines and tissue types depending on target antigen expression levels and epitope accessibility. We recommend verifying target expression in your specific model system using a known positive control before proceeding to experimental samples.
