Assay conditions: For flow cytometry, we recommend incubating cells with 20 µg/ml of anti-human PD-1 antibody, PE-labeled for one hour at 4°C, followed by two washes with FACS buffer.

This antibody should be stored at the indicated temperature to maintain stability. Store at Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Protect from light. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 –0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can reduce antibody performance and increase aggregation. Centrifuge briefly after thawing and keep on ice during use.
