Whole molecule adsorbed with human serum proteins
Goat anti-Mouse/FITC is reactive with Mouse Ig subclasses: G1, G2a, G2b, G3. It also reacts well with all Ancell Mouse IgM antibodies. Reagent does not bind significantly to any human cells or cell lines tested. Titer: Working dilution 1:60 (or use 1.4μl per 5 x 105-cell test)

Please refer to the storage conditions on the product label and datasheet. As a general best practice: upon receipt, aliquot into single-use volumes to minimize freeze-thaw cycling, which can progressively reduce antibody performance and lead to aggregation.
