Recommended Use
For WB: load 5–20 ng per lane alongside experimental samples to confirm antibody function and expected band size. For IHC: apply to a positive-control tissue section at the concentration recommended for the paired antibody.

Load 5–20 ng per WB lane alongside experimental samples to confirm anti-HIF-1-Alpha isoform antibody performance. For IHC, apply to a positive-control tissue section alongside experimental sections. Pair with antibody STJ504236 for matched validation.
For WB: 5–20 ng per lane produces a clear band under standard conditions. For IHC: use the concentration specified on the antibody datasheet. If no signal: confirm antibody is within expiry and antigen retrieval conditions are optimal.
This peptide is designed to pair with antibody STJ504236. Using with a different antibody clone may not produce blocking results if epitopes differ.
Validated for Western Blot specificity controls. Performance in other applications (ELISA, IP) requires independent validation.
Store at-20°C for long term storage. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.. Prepare single-use aliquots to avoid freeze-thaw; stable ≥12 months at −20 °C when lyophilized.
