Biological Activity
KH-4-43, an inhibitor of the E3 CRL4 ligase complex, demonstrates anticancer activity by targeting the core of the E3 CRL4. It exhibits a binding affinity (Kd) of 83 nM to the E3 ROC1-CUL4A CTD and 9.4 uM to the closely related ROC1-CUL1 CTD (1).
