Biological Activity
Necrostatin-1 (Nec-1) is a necrotic apoptosis inhibitor and RIP1 inhibitor with specificity. Necrostatin-1 inhibits TNF-alpha-induced necrotic apoptosis. Necrostatin-1 also inhibits IDO.
