What sample types are compatible?
This Non-Human Primate Super-X Plex™ assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysate samples. A species-matched Sample Diluent Kit (DKH100 (Human/Primate Serum/Plasma)) must be ordered separately.
What instrument is required?
A flow cytometer capable of detecting PE fluorescence is required. The assay is compatible with Luminex-based platforms and standard flow cytometers with bead-based multiplex detection capability.
Can this assay be combined into a custom multiplex panel?
Yes. Individual Super-X Plex™ assays within the same species group can be combined into custom multiplex configurations (up to 24-plex). Contact Antigenix for group compatibility details.
How much sample is needed per test?
15 µL per test. 96 tests kit provides sufficient reagents for a full standard curve plus samples.

Custom Multi-Plex Panel Design
Individual Super-X Plex™ assays within the same species group can be combined into custom multiplex configurations without additional cross-reactivity validation. Select any combination of analytes from the available group catalog — from 2-plex to 24-plex — and receive a single pre-mixed standard and matched bead set. Custom panels are available for Human, Mouse, Rat, Canine, and Non-Human Primate matrices.
