Biological Activity
SARS-CoV-2-IN-30, a two-armed diphosphate ester featuring a benzene system and molecular tweezers, demonstrates antiviral properties, achieving IC50 values of 0.6 uM against SARS-CoV-2 activity and 6.9 uM for spike pseudoparticle transduction. Additionally, it disrupts liposomal membranes with an EC50 of 6.9 uM (1).
