Validated Applications
- ELISA
Assay conditions: Inhibition of ACE2:SARS-CoV-1 Spike binding by a small anti-SARS-CoV-1 Spike antibody, VHH (BPS Bioscience, #100784). A small anti-SARS-CoV-1 Spike antibody was evaluated using the SARS-CoV-1 Spike Trimer (S1+S2):ACE2 Inhibitor Screening Colorimetric Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience, #79999). The antibody was serially diluted in 1x Immuno Buffer (BPS Bioscience, #79311) and tested following the assay kit protocol.

This antibody has been validated for: ELISA. Optimal dilutions and concentrations should be empirically determined for each specific application and sample type. Refer to the product datasheet for suggested starting conditions.
This antibody should be stored at the indicated temperature to maintain stability. Store at Aqueous buffer solution.. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which can reduce antibody performance and increase aggregation. Centrifuge briefly after thawing and keep on ice during use.
Please refer to the BPS Bioscience datasheet for detailed immunogen information.
Cross-reactivity data is limited; refer to the product datasheet for available information.
