AAV-PHP.eB is an engineered AAV9-derived capsid that gives exceptional brain-wide transduction after intravenous injection — but only in C57BL/6 mice, because it depends on the LY6A receptor that is absent in primates and many other mouse strains. Use it for non-invasive, whole-CNS gene delivery in mouse neuroscience. Every vector in this collection is a ready-to-use, qPCR-titered PHP.eB preparation, including single-stranded and self-complementary (scAAV) reporters and recombinases.
