AAV9 is the serotype of choice for systemic gene delivery to the central nervous system. After intravenous injection it crosses the blood–brain barrier and also transduces heart and skeletal muscle efficiently — the same capsid used in the FDA-approved SMA therapy Zolgensma. Every vector in this collection is a ready-to-use, qPCR-titered AAV9 preparation, including single-stranded and self-complementary (scAAV9) reporters and recombinases.
