Product Overview
Isotype ControlHuman IgG1 (L234A/L235A), kappa Recombinant Isotype Control Antibody (HyHEL-10), FITC is a monoclonal isotype control antibody (clone HyHEL-10), conjugated to FITC. Isotype control antibodies match the host species, isotype and conjugate of a test antibody but are directed against an antigen absent from the sample, providing a measure of non-specific background binding (Fc-receptor interactions, non-specific membrane adhesion) in immunoassays.
Use this control alongside human-derived IgG1 (L234A/L235A) kappa primary antibodies carrying the same FITC label to set gating and background thresholds.
