Isotype ControlHuman IgG1 Recombinant Isotype Control Antibody (11E10) is a monoclonal isotype control antibody (clone 11E10). Isotype control antibodies match the host species, isotype and conjugate of a test antibody but are directed against an antigen absent from the sample, providing a measure of non-specific background binding (Fc-receptor interactions, non-specific membrane adhesion) in immunoassays.
Use this control alongside human-derived IgG1 primary antibodies to set gating and background thresholds.
