Product Overview
Isotype ControlMouse IgG2a (L234AL235AP329G/LALAPG) Recombinant Isotype Control Antibody (MOPC-173) is a monoclonal isotype control antibody (clone MOPC-173). Isotype control antibodies match the host species, isotype and conjugate of a test antibody but are directed against an antigen absent from the sample, providing a measure of non-specific background binding (Fc-receptor interactions, non-specific membrane adhesion) in immunoassays.
Use this control alongside mouse-derived IgG2a (L234AL235AP329G/LALAPG) primary antibodies to set gating and background thresholds.
