U-Blot® Pan-Propionyllysine Rabbit mAb is a monoclonal antibody raised in Rabbit that specifically recognizes Propionyllysine (Lysine propionylation). It is designed for detection and analysis of the Lysine propionylation post-translational modification across research applications.
Lysine propionylation is a reversible PTM using propionyl-CoA as the donor. It modulates protein properties and multiple cellular processes including transcription and metabolism. Its abnormality links to various diseases.
